Our policy regarding platform access fees, compute session charges, and cancellations
Morph-Z is a cloud-powered parametric design platform. All fees charged for platform access, compute sessions, fabrication outputs, or any other services on morph-z.com are based on actual server compute time and resources consumed on your behalf.
Because compute resources are allocated and consumed at the time of your session, all charges are non-refundable and non-transferable once a session is initiated or a payment is completed.
All fees paid on morph-z.com — including but not limited to platform access fees, per-session compute charges, per-sheet material rates, and laser cutting or fabrication service fees — are final upon payment confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:
• The compute session produced results that did not meet your expectations
• You were unable to use the platform due to user-side issues (browser, internet connection, device)
• You changed your mind after initiating a session or completing payment
• Errors in parameters or input files provided by the user
All costs related to preparing your design files, input parameters, or project assets are solely the responsibility of the user.
By completing your payment and using any service on morph-z.com, you acknowledge and accept that all fees paid are final. No refunds or transfers will be processed under any circumstances once a session is confirmed or a transaction is completed. Please review your inputs carefully before initiating a compute session.
