The rules governing your use of morph-z.com and all related platform services
These terms and conditions govern your use of morph-z.com and the Morph-Z parametric design platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Morph-Z and its parent entity Infinite Dimensions are collectively referred to as "morph-z.com", "We", "Us" or "Our".
By creating an account or using any service on morph-z.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform in any form.
Morph-Z provides a browser-based parametric design platform powered by Rhino Compute and Grasshopper technology. The platform allows users to run parametric design scripts, generate 3D geometry, and export fabrication-ready files. By using the platform you agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Morph-Z uses AWS Cognito for secure authentication. Any activity conducted under your account — including compute sessions, file uploads, and downloads — is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at contact@morph-z.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
When you initiate a compute session on Morph-Z, server resources are allocated on your behalf in real time. All compute outputs — including 3D geometry, CAD files, PDF invoices, and any other generated files — are produced based entirely on the inputs and parameters you provide. Morph-Z is not responsible for outputs that do not meet your expectations due to incorrect or incomplete inputs.
You retain full ownership of any Grasshopper .gh files, images, or other assets you upload to the platform. By uploading files to Morph-Z, you confirm that:
Morph-Z does not claim ownership of your design files and does not share them with third parties.
The Morph-Z platform, its compute infrastructure, and all generated outputs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Morph-Z shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Morph-Z disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement in relation to compute outputs.
You agree to fully indemnify Morph-Z and its members and officers from and against all legal claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees that arise out of your use of the platform, any files you upload, or any outputs you download and use for fabrication or any other purpose.
Morph-Z reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
All platform content, including the Morph-Z interface, branding, logos, and visual design, is owned by Morph-Z and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not replicate, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Morph-Z holds and uses your personal data strictly in accordance with applicable Indian data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay using PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Morph-Z does not store your payment card details.
We use Razorpay for processing payments. Razorpay does not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your transaction data is only used as long as necessary to complete your purchase. All platform access fees, compute session charges, and service fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once a session is initiated or payment is completed. All costs related to preparing your design inputs are solely the responsibility of the user. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
The Morph-Z platform is operated and administered by Morph-Z, a sub-brand of Infinite Dimensions, based in Bangalore, India. Morph-Z reserves the right to assign administrators, modify platform features, or update service offerings at any time.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be governed by applicable laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
